Hello!   It has been some time since you’ve heard from me.   Finding a spot for my parrilla has taken some time.  There is a lot that goes into finding the right space- location, the right layout to have an open grill and making sure it’s accessible.  I’m sure the right place is out there for a parrilla, I’ve decided to be patient and it will come.  Meanwhile, I miss cooking therefore I decided to branch out and I’ve start Javi’s Cooking.

Javi’s Cooking will give me the opportunity to sell empanadas and chimichurri both for wholesale and retail, sell my food at various festivals and events and offer catering services where I can grill asado.
